Woking Leisure Centre is the venue for a wide range of Martial Arts Clubs which take place throughout the week.

Karate
Karate gives fitness and flexibility as well as confidence and involves striking, blocking and kicking techniques. Beginners lessons are non-contact and fun for all.
Children four to 16 years (mums and dads welcome) and adults

Saturday 3pm - 5pm.
Judo
Judo gives fitness and flexibility as well as confidence and involves falling safely, throwing (with control) and ground-work.
Children six -16 years (no adults).

Thai Boxing is a martial arts system that uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows for both competition and self-defence.
11 years and over. No specialist clothing or equipment required.

One of the fastest growing martial arts, Kamon Kung Fu is characterised by its simultaneous attacks and defences, incorporating punches, palms, elbows and low to mid-section kicks. This martial arts class uses the most direct lines and angles to make a pragmatic and explosive fighting system.
14 years and over. No specialist clothing or equipment required.

The practice of Aikido is a style of martial art conceived by the founder, Morihei Ueshiba. Aikido involves the practice of one on one and multiple attack defence in conjunction with weapons training. Practice is co-operative not competitive allowing the student to harmoniously learn potentially damaging techniques safely.
Adults only. No specialist clothing required initially, judo suit later.
