Birthday Parties
Each event has a party host who greets all guests and makes the party memorable.
The birthday party package includes:
- Organised events with suitable equipment (excluding Pick 'n' Mix Playstore Party).
- Attractively printed invitations.
A selection of birthday teas are also available from our catering partners (at extra cost).
How to Book
Booking is child's play. Simply telephone 01483 771122, use this on-line form or call in person and our receptionist will note your requirements. Within 48 hours the Party Co-ordinator will contact you to discuss your party, make a provisional booking and send you and application form. You need to return the application form and full payment within fourteen days of making the provisional booking. Your party will then be confirmed by return of your endorsed application form together with invitations for all guests.
Birthday Teas
Avoid the hassle and mess and contact us to arrange your birthday tea in either the Terrace Restaurant or Garden Cafe.

Additional Information
- Unless otherwise stated, for all other leisure centre parties two parents / guardians must remain throughout the party (parent / guardian must be 18 years or over).
- We advise that parents bring extra drinks for the children during the party.
- Please allow sufficient time for parking on the day of your party. Woking Leisure Centre and Pool in the park cater for various other large events so to avoid any delays to your party please try and arrive early.
Photography Policy
- Woking Leisure Centre and Pool in the Park operate a photography policy, which prevents the use of cameras, videos, mobile phones or any other image creation equipment within the building other than with written permission from the Centre´s management.
