Parent/guardians are reminded that it is their responsibility to inform Woking Leisure Centre and the child's school if they are not attending StayPlay for any reason.
Refunds will only be offered if a doctor's certificate is provided for the days your child can not attend StayPlay. Refunds will not be offered if your child goes home sick from StayPlay.
Places are bookable up until 11am on the day of booking. Parent/guardians are reminded that it is their responsibility to inform their child that they are attending StayPlay, or ask the school to pass the child a message during the school day.
A weekly booking discount is only offered for children booked Monday to Friday of the same week. Days can not be spread over different weeks to get this discount.
Payment for places booked must be received at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made Monday to Sunday between 9am and 7pm. Bookings can be made in person at Pool in the Park and Woking Leisure Centre or by telephone on 01483 771122.

Places are non-transferable between children, however children can be moved between different days (subject to availability).
There are 2 Key Card Concessionary places available per school - these are pre-bookable a week in advance only to allow other customers to have the chance to book a Concessionary place.
The late fee of £2.50 per 15 minutes applies immediately after 6pm (by clock in Woking Leisure Centre reception. Payment must be received at the time of pick up.
Children requiring epi pens and inhalers (or any other medicinal products) must be sent with additional items, and not those already held by the schools. An Administration of Medication Form must also be completed prior to your child's attendance at StayPlay.
Parents of children with special needs, medical needs, allergies or medication carriers must contact the Children's Activities Development Officer prior to booking on 01483 771122.
Woking Leisure Centre reserves the right to amend the programme where necessary.
During swimming the 5-7 age group will be limited to the shallow area of the Leisure Lagoon. The 8-11 age group will be swim tested before being allowed into the Leisure Lagoon. If they fail the swim test they will also be limited to the shallow area of the Leisure Lagoon.
Daycamps make use of the facilities at both Woking Leisure Centre and Pool in the Park - appropriate sports and swimwear are required everyday. Socks are essential for trampolining sessions.
Children attending StayPlay will be provided with opportunities for free play and risk. Staff will not encourage or direct children to do any specific activity - that is the choice of the individual child.
Please provide your child with a labelled water bottle to bring to StayPlay.
StayPlay is a peanut-free zone. It is not necessary to provide children with snacks for StayPlay as a healthy snack of toast and fruit is provided everyday.
