Goldsworth Park Lake plays host to the fishing enthusiasts of Woking, there are options of day and night time fishing although spaces can be limited for night time slots so it is best to get your applications in quick.  In 2004 there were new additions to the lake site to incorporate disabled access facilities.

How do I get a fishing permit for Goldsworth Park?

Permits can be obtained from the fishing bailiffs found on the bank of Goldsworth Park Lake.

Alternatively you can print off an application for an annual season ticket and return it to Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey.  GU21 6YL.

How do I get a rod fishing licence?

If you would like a permit to fish at Goldsworth Park you will also need to obtain a rod fishing licence from the Environment Agency. Please follow the link for information on rod fishing licences.

Annual Season Tickets

An annual season ticket will cost £48 for adults (£24 for Key Status and Concession card holders) and £24 for juniors (£12.00 for Key Status and Concession card holders). The annual ticket runs from 1 April to 31 March, however from 1 October you can purchase a six months season ticket for £24(£12.00 for Key Status and Concession card holders).

Day Permit  

A day permit for fishing will cost £7.00 for adults and £4.00 juniors. 

Key Status Card holders £3.50

Key Concession Card holders £2.80

Night time Permits

There are only a few night permits available and demand is extremely high.  To be eligible for a night ticket you must be a season ticket holder. 

Night permits are priced at £22
