Woking One World has been celebrated in the borough for over 15 years and aims to promote community spirit and health and wellbeing in Woking.

Diwali festival of lights November 2010 Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, is the most popular of all the festivals from South Asia, and is also the occasion for celebrations by Jains and Sikhs, as well as Hindus. Previous Diwali celebrations have included a stunning parade of colourful lanterns, costumes and Indian crafts made by the local community, accompanied by live music. |
