One to ones

One to Ones at Woking Borough Council are between employee and manager - and are about your learning for the job - and your performance in the job.
They are for managers and employees to discuss individual learning and performance, evaluating how things have gone - celebrating achievement - and to plan how to keep improving - doing the job better.

They are not a substitute for normal day to day, or week to week contact and discussion. Matters should not be saved up but raised and resolved in a positive way, without delay. It is important that all employees of Woking Borough Council have the opportunity for regular one to ones.
