Woking Borough Council secure tenancy agreement and terms and conditions of tenancy

The current agreement updated the previous document and became effective on 1 May 2006. It replaces all previous secure tenancy agreements.

A draft agreement was produced by a working group of tenants and Officers. Every tenant was then consulted and given an opportunity to comment on the draft revised terms and conditions of tenancy. Most of the comments have been included in the Tenants' Guide, which makes frequent reference to the tenancy terms and conditions.  The Tenants' Guide also refers to the Service Standards for further information about what to expect from Tenant and Leaseholder Services.
