Tenants' Guide (for Woking Borough Council secure tenants only)

We have worked closely with tenants to prepare this guide about the management of their home. It also includes general advice and contact numbers and addresses for other services and agencies.

The Tenants' Guide refers throughout to the Tenant and Leaseholder Service Standards and the tenancy terms and conditions for those who are interested in more detailed information about specific topics.

The Tenants' Guide, together with the Tenant and Leaseholder Service Standards and the tenancy terms and conditions were sent to all tenants in April 2009 and are given to new tenants when they sign up for a tenancy with Woking Borough Council.
