Non-secure tenancy agreement

The terms and conditions are given to every tenant who is given a non-secure tenancy with the Council. The agreement gives details of the name and address of the tenant and the charges relating to the property. The tenant(s) sign the agreement to confirm they accept responsibility for the property and will abide by the conditions.
