Tenant and Leaseholder Services Service Standards

We have worked jointly with tenants and leaseholders to prepare a set of 12 Service Standards for tenants. The Service Standards have been sent to all tenants and are given to new tenants when they are signed up for a tenancy with Woking Borough Council.   • After allocation
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Day to day repairs
  • Empty properties
  • Ending your tenancy
  • Estate management
  • Garage management
  • Planned maintenance, cyclical maintenance and environmental improvements
  • Rechargeable works
  • Rent arrears management
  • Tenant and leaseholder participation and consultation
  • Tenancy changes
