Housing strategies

A selection of strategies covering a wide range of housing related services is available in this section. This includes our latest Housing Strategy 2005 - 2010, which describes how we will meet the Council's top priority of decent and affordable housing and our Housing Revenue Account Business Plan 2005 - 2010 details how we aim to meet the Decent Homes programme by 2010 so that all Council properties meet the Decent Homes Standard.

Other documents available include the Ethnic Minority Housing Strategy and the North West Surrey Extra Care Housing Strategy, as well as information on the Strategic Housing Market Assessment being carried out in partnership with other local councils.
