This form may be used to report dead animals that need to be removed.

When you have completed this form your enquiry will be forwarded to Surrey County Council, if the dead animal is causing a danger on the highway, who are responsible for this, or if the animal is not causing a danger on the highway, to our contractor SERCO, who deal with this on our behalf.
