This form may be used to report fly tipping.

When you have completed this form your enquiry will be forwarded to Surrey County Council who are responsible for this if the fly tipping is causing a danger to the highway or to SERCO, if the fly tipping is not causing a danger to the highway who deal with this on our behalf.
