The Thameswey Group of companies has been established by the Council to assist in the delivery of the Council's strategic objectives with a view to securing benefits for the residents of the Borough.

Thameswey Developments Limited has a number of construction projects currently awaiting planning permission to be implemented over the course of 2012/13.
Link Leisure: extension to and refurbishment of a day centre for users with learning disabilities, including landscaping of the centre gardens. Approximate project value: £600k (inc VAT).
St Johns: construction of a new community building and garden for the St Johns Village Hall Memorial Association. Approximate project value: £1.2m (inc VAT).
Horsell Village Civic Centre: landscaping works to improve the Conservation Area setting; earthworks; demolition and rebuild of a Scouts Hut facility; refurbishment and extension of the local Village Hall and; refurbishment of The Institute community facility. Approximate project value: £1.7m (inc VAT).
