External communications strategy 2004-07

The Strategy outlines the Council's approach to communication and consultation which ensures that the interests of all our communities are met and  that the democratic process provides direct accountability to the electorate by ensuring people have an understanding of the Council's actions, decisions it takes and the reasons for them.
