Asset management plan 05

The Asset Management Plan sets out how the Council undertakes the strategic management of its property portfolio and how this relates to the business objectives of the Council.  The Plan ensures that properties are sufficient for the delivery of the authority's services, objectives and Community Strategy seeks to manage land and property in accordance with the principles of sustainability and the promotion of community safety and ensures the land and property is managed and developed in ways that maintain or increase asset value.
