Cpa self assessment

This CPA self assessment was carried out  in 2003 as part of the audit commissions inspection.  It includes details of the Borough, the ambitions priorities and and focus of the Council, how we delivered out priorities, things we have acheived and our lessons learnt and plans for the future.
