Monthly performance monitoring

Each month the Councilpublishes Performance and Financial Monitoring Information (the Green Book), which sets out :

• Achievementsagainst key performance indicatorsincluding an exception report highlighting indicators where performance significantly differs from the target set for the year;
• Financial Management Information including the identification of any major variations and risk areas in the projected General Fund and Housing Revenue Account outturn;
• Treasury Management Information.
