There is on site parking, with dedicated bays for disabled drivers. The building is centrally located in Brookwood and is accessible for all electors. The Council has contributed in the past to improvements to pedestrian access and provision of lighting to access the building.
Brookwood Primary School on Connaught Road has not been used as a Polling Station for many years. This is in line with the Council's policy not to use schools as polling stations.
Brookwood (BA) was combined into one single polling district with Brookwood East (AB) in December 2004. Representations have been received to establish a separate polling place in the Percheron Drive area of Brookwood. There are 171 properties in this area, with 340 electors. It is not considered cost effective to create a separate polling district and allocate a polling place in this area.

This venue has parking facilities on site and is accessible for disabled electors. This venue is not as ideal as the room used is small and it is difficult to accommodate two polling stations, especially at peak periods on election day. Representations have been received regarding the use of alternative venues in Horsell, which are being investigated. The possibility of using Horsell Evangelical Church, High Street as the polling place for EA (Horsell West) for future elections is being investigated.
Horsell West (EA) was combined into one single polling district with Horsell North (EC) in December 2004. Representations have been received to redistribute electors between EA and EB polling districts. This request is being considered, to ensure a more even distribution of electors between the two polling districts.

This venue is a shared polling place with FA (Horsell East) polling district. There are two separate halls used within the building. The Maybury Infant School was previously used as a polling station and is the only alternative building within the Polling District. This has not been used as a Polling Station for many years, in line with the Council's policy not to use schools as polling stations.
