If you are a citizen of a European Union country (set out below), you are eligible to vote in local elections.

You may be eligible to vote in European Parliamentary Elections, as long as you have completed and returned your UC1 form prior to the election, stating that you will not be voting in your home land and wish to vote in England.

You cannot vote in UK Parliamentary Elections unless you have applied for and been granted UK Nationality.
