Members' allowances

Set out below are the allowances available to Woking Borough Councillors. 

The 2008/2009 scheme was agreed by the Council at its meeting on 25 February 2008, following recommendations from the Independent Remuneration Panel.  The Council considered the Panel's recommendations but resolved to retain Members' Allowances at the same level as 2007/08 and to meet with the Panel in the new Municipal Year to explore further its proposals.
