Young People's Civic Award Scheme

This scheme runs from November - January each year, with the Awards being presented at the Mayor's Civic Reception in April.

Good Neighbour and Community Award Scheme

This scheme was launched in 1997 and has recognised the work of over 100 residents from across the Borough. Many new schemes have been set up in recent years which also recognise community and voluntary work and the Council will look to join with existing schemes in following years.
