Play areas

Woking Borough Council prides itself on providing innovative and challenging play equipment throughout the Borough in its 39 Play Areas.

In 2004 Woking Borough Council began a play area improvement programme which has seen the refurbishment and redesign of fifteen play areas across the Borough. This work was carried out in co-ordination with the Council's appointed play area design partner, Russell Leisure Ltd.

Woking Borough Council is planning further improvement works to the play areas in the Borough throughout 2011. Consultation on the proposal for each play area will be clearly advertised in advance and full details will be available on this website.
