Registering with the Council

If you are interested in doing business with Woking Borough Council in the future there is the facility for you to register with the Council and to give us your details, which will be stored on an internal database. However, this does not mean that you will automatically be considered for a particular, or any, supply of goods, services or works that the Council may be considering.

Electronic Purchasing Ordering System

As a supplier it is possible to become listed on our electronic purchasing system.

The Council uses the IDeA:marketplace electronic purchasing ordering system. This is a system used by Local Authorities and other Public Services organisations to create and submit orders to suppliers electronically.
