A012 - TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF A CORPORATE PARKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We are seeking expressions of interest for the supply of a parking management system which must operate in a Citrix environment, work with our existing DAP CE5240 hand held consoles and interface with our existing Capita cash receipting, income management and online services systems.
The system is required to be available in a "live" environment from 31/3/2008 with a suitable period allowed for testing and snagging prior to this time.
The system is required to deal with the following:
Penalty Charge Notices through all of the stages from issue, payment and appeal for both on and off street notices.
Parking permits, from checking of eligibility to issue and payment for both on demand and residents' permits, including maintenance of customer data and eligibility records.
Car park season tickets, issue and payment including maintenance of customer data and issue of automatic reminders for renewals.
Respondents will need to complete a questionnaire, provide audited accounts for the last two years, a full detailed copy of their insurance cover and supply referees for whom similar services have been provided.
Applications will only be considered from bona fide contractors with proven reliability.

A013 - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN ESTABLISHING A CAR CLUB IN WOKING
Woking Borough Council has a strong track record in tackling climate change at the local level, particularly in reducing C02 emissions across its own buildings. But can your company help Woking Borough Council achieve its green transport goals?
In an effort to further reduce C02 equivalent emissions and promote greener transport choices, Woking Borough Council has reviewed its Staff Transport Plan and seeks to establish a car club initially for Council business use and use by town centre businesses and residents. The car club would also be extended to private use in the evenings and weekends through a booking system for staff.
The criteria for a successful car club are all met in Woking town centre:
